Tournament Information
Who's ready for some softball?! We are very excited to bring back the 5th annual Indiana Magic Gold Alliance Qualifier! This 2-3 day, showcase style tournament is being held at the Premier Athletic Facility in the Midwest, Grand Park Sports Campus (Westfield, IN). All games will be held on turf fields.
NO METAL SPIKES AT GRAND PARK & CHAMPIONSHIP PARK

Game Guarantee: 5 Games (4 Game Guarantee for 13u & 14u)
Tournament Format: 3 pool play games, followed by bracket play.
Expected Number of Teams: 45
Expected Start Times: Games will begin Saturday morning @ 8:30am.

$12.50 DISCOUNTED DAY PASS
* The following parties are eligible for discounted passes:
- Ages 7-12 (ages 6 & under are FREE)
- Ages 65+
- Military/First Responders (valid ID needed)
** Gate fees are non refundable. Bullpen Tournaments will do everything we can to play all scheduled games.

Hotels:
*Teams traveling to Bullpen Tournaments will book their hotel through our housing partner, Site Search. Grand Park and Championship Park is a Stay-&-Play facility. Once you have registered, you will need to fill out a hotel request form.

10u, 12u: 75 min games (Finish the inning)

No Games 75% refund
1 Game 50% refund

If you enter and the entire tournament is cancelled due to rain or some other unforeseen event, we will issue your e-fund by e-check. One-half (1/2) of your paid entry fee will be refunded. The other one-half (1/2) of your paid entry fee will be non-refundable, due to pre-tournament incurred expenses. The non-refundable amount may increase at the sole discretion of the tournament directors, depending upon incurred costs for that tournament.
*If you withdraw from the tournament for any reason, after the payment due date has expired your fees will be totally non-refundable.
