Tournament Information

The event was originally built in 2006 by the founding members: Cincy Flames, Ohio Elite, Kentucky Baseball Club, Indiana Bulls, and the Illinois Sparks to create an event catered towards  player exposure. The Midwest Prospect League is a round robin with no champion (there will be bracket play for 13u & 14u divisions). This weekend is built for players to showcase their talents in front of colleges. In 2022, the event saw close to 200 college schools/coaches, with at least one school from each of the power 5 conferences in attendance.

 * 13u-16u = Metal Bats

 * 17u = Wood Bat Only

Grand Park: 

With a total of 26 turf diamonds: 8 full synthetic turf fields with lights, 18 diamonds with full turf infields and grass outfields, 14 batting cages on-site, 4 concession stands, and covered dugouts and bleachers at every field. Teams can expect to play through rain and cold weather!

Championship Park:

8 Full Synthetic Turf Fields with Brand New LED Lights, 4 High School fields, 4 Junior Fields.  6 Batting cages on-site, 2 concession stands, covered dugouts with Bullpens attached at each field.  Teams will love this new complex!

Tournament Format: Round Robin - BRACKET PLAY (13u & 14u Only)

Expected Number of Teams: 200+

Expected Start Times 16u & 17u: June 13th - June 16th (games will begin Tuesday @ 8am)

Expected Start Times for 15u: June 15th - June 18th (games will begin Thursday @ 8am)

Expected Start Times for 13u & 14u: June 16th - June 18th (games will begin Friday @ 8am)

* Gate fees are non refundable. Bullpen Tournaments will do everything we can to play all scheduled games.

*Teams traveling to Bullpen Tournaments will book their hotel through our housing partner, Site Search. Grand Park and Championship Park is a Stay-&-Play facility. Once you have registered, you will need to fill out a hotel request form.
