Tournament Information

As a brand new event for Bullpen Tournaments, the Circle City Cup will be making its Grand Park Debut in 2023!

This 3-game guarantee tournament will begin with a single-elimination or double-elimination bracket that will be randomly drawn and revealed to all teams before the tournament begins. 

The bracket will be double elimination for divisions with 8 or less total teams registered. If the division has 9 or more teams, the bracket can be changed to a single-elimination format. 

Bracket games will then start at 8:00 AM on Friday, July 21st. Division champions will be crowned Sunday, July 23rd in the evening. Winners will receive free entry to a 2024 Bullpen Tournament event!

Grand Park: 

With a total of 26 turf diamonds: 8 full synthetic turf fields with lights, 18 diamonds with full turf infields and grass outfields, 14 batting cages on-site, 4 concession stands, and covered dugouts and bleachers at every field. Teams can expect to play through rain and cold weather!

Championship Park:

8 Full Synthetic Turf Fields with Brand New LED Lights, 4 High School fields, 4 Junior Fields.  6 Batting cages on-site, 2 concession stands, covered dugouts with Bullpens attached at each field.  Teams will love this new complex!

10u - 46' mound, 65' bases

11u - 50' mound, 70' bases

12u - 50' mound, 70' bases

13u - 54' mound, 80' bases

Hotels: 

*Teams traveling to Bullpen Tournaments will book their hotel through our housing partner, Site Search. Grand Park and Championship Park is a Stay-&-Play facility. Once you have registered, you will need to fill out a hotel request form.
